What is the difference between the ticket prices?
The price reflects how close and central the respective section is to the stage. The more expensive the ticket price the better your seat is located in the hall.

Are there pre-allocated or numbered seats?
Only select VIP and Front row seating will be pre-allocated and reserved. The rest of the seating will be on a first come basis.More effort has been taken this year to ensure everyone will be seated in their respective section.

Can Ladies and Girls come to any of these events?
Unfortunately these events are for Men, Bochurim and Boys only.

If I purchased a ticket and want to change it, can I?
Tickets are non-refundable, however, if you want to pay more for a better section and there is still availability please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
